摘要: Barrett's esophagus is the result of long-term acid reflux and a precursor to esophageal adenocarcinoma. Surgical resection has been mainstay treatment for high grade dysplasia early cancer. However, recent advances in endoscopic imaging ablation technologies have made esophagectomy avoidable patients with superficial neoplasia. In this article, we review most relevant technologies, such as chromoendoscopy, narrow band autofluorescence imaging, confocal laser endomicroscopy. We also various mucosal resection, photodynamic therapy, radiofrequency ablation, cryotherapy. Finally, focus on studies that evaluate efficacy these finding eradicating neoplastic esophagus.
