摘要: A case-control study of the epidemiology preterm delivery was undertaken at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut during 1977. The population consisted 175 mothers singleton infants and 313 term infants. Significant risk factors a included low socioeconomic status; pregravid weight; inadequate weight gain pregnancy; previous delivery; history infertility problems; an induced abortion terminating vaginal spotting or light bleeding antepartum hemorrhage abnormal placental implantation; lack leisure-time physical activities alcohol consumption prior to third trimester negative attitudinal expression toward pregnancy.
