摘要: An epidemic is the progress of disease in time and space. Each has a structure whose temporal dynamics spatial patterns are jointly determined by pathosystem characteristics environmental conditions. One important objectives epidemiology to understand such spatio-temporal via mathematical statistical modelling. In this paper, we outline common methodologies that used quantify model plant diseases, with emphasis on developing forecast models quantifying patterns. Several examples epidemiological cereal crops described, including one for Fusarium head blight.
