摘要: An important issue in object-based image coding is the efficient description of segments having an arbitrary shape, that able to cope with missing pixels or blocks (for example present due transmission errors). In this paper we a method for approximating data existing set basis functions selected orthogonal transform. Best extrapolation found according linear approximation theory as weighted sum functions, where coefficients are solutions derived matrix equation.
