摘要: Retrospective register study. To investigate the predictive value of following parameters for development neuropathic pain after non-traumatic spinal cord lesion: that is age at onset disease, gender, completeness lesion, level and aetiology. A unit patients with post-acute traumatic lesions in greater area Stockholm, Sweden. All visiting between 1995 2000 were classified according to following: or below lesion IASP criteria, time symptoms, injury level, complete/incomplete injury, Results analysed χ2 – analysis logistic regression. In total, 38% had pain, 15% predominantly 23% lesion. Of those 67% reported affected daily life. Women more often (40%) than men (13%). The prevalence was particularly high (64%) malignant diseases. Neither nor significant influence on prevalence. Neuropathic common among acquired regardless aetiology, causing severe problems
