摘要: In the present study, we have shown effects of ferrocene (FeC10H10) addition on superconducting properties polycrystalline MgB2 superconductor using transport and magnetic measurements. The FeC10H10 up to 2 wt% in sample has enhanced critical current density, JC entire field region without affecting much transition temperature. At 10 K, with respect a pristine sample, improved by factor 6.55 at 6 T applied for 1 wt% FeC10H10. An improvement upper field, HC2 irreversibility Hirr also been observed value HC2(0) as obtained Ginzburg–Landau (GL)-theory fit experimental data increases almost 2 T FeC10H10-added compared samples. From X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS), that Fe is form ferromagnetic oxides, Fe3O4 γ-Fe2O3. These inclusions provide efficient pinning centers improve JC(H) behavior. flux mechanisms samples are described discussed this paper.
