摘要: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is one of the main causes morbidity and mortality worldwide. Cigarette smoke genetics are implicated in its pathogenesis. In last few years, inflammation as been considered most important progression irreversibility disease, with numerous cells mediators implicated.
