摘要: The influence of ultrasonication on hydrolysis, acidogenesis, and methanogenesis in anaerobic decomposition sludge was investigated. sonicated exhibited prehydrolysis preacidogenesis effects the process. First-order hydrolysis rates increased from 0.0384 day -1 control digester to 0.0672 fed, with at 0.52 W/mL. sonication appeared be ineffective relation acidogenesis reaction rates, but it provided a better buffering capacity diminish adverse effect acidification. Digesters fed demonstrated enhanced over unit. Determination by coenzyme F420 verified that is able promote growth methanogenic biomass facilitate positive microbial development suppressing initial limitation. results suggest could enhance sludge, resulting an accelerated bioconversion, improved organics degradation, biogas production, methane content.
