摘要: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the most common cause of death in women living developed countries and outnumbers from all forms cancer combined [1]. Since 1984, number CVD deaths for females has exceeded those males. With advances diagnosis treatment coronary artery (CAD), there have been significant decreases cardiovascular mortality seen both sexes, with major decline occurring after year 2000 [2]. However, this reduction among remained less pronounced as compared men [3]. The reason disparity may be gender differences pathophysiology CAD or lower awareness leading to decreased implementation evidence based care [4].
