摘要: L'œdeme pulmonaire neurogene apres des lesions cerebrales apparait rapidement et est riche en proteines. Il semble etre le resultat interactions entre plusieurs facteurs: 1) une elevation de la pression hydrostatique capillaire pulmonaire; 2) augmentation permeabilite endotheliale produite par l'elevation et/ou mecanismes non hemodynamiques (par exemple, liberation mediateurs); 3) microembolisation secondaire a thrombose intravasculaire l'agregation plaquettaire 4) l'obstruction lymphatiques due l'activation sympathique
