摘要: This chapter discusses the diagnostic and management approach to rare but important rectourethral fistula. The most common cause of this fistula is iatrogenic at time prostatic surgery, although it may also result from prostate brachytherapy. operative approaches are individualized include abdominal, per-anal/endoanal, perineal, transsphincteric (York-Mason), posterior (Kraske style), pararectal procedures. outcomes these use biologic glues for specific condition discussed.
