摘要: The purpose of this work was to expound on the postulated pathological mechanisms through which pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (PPGL) can cause seizures by conducting a comprehensive review ten cases and several pathogenic mechanisms. goal enhance awareness amongst doctors researchers about patients with PPGL presenting seizures. This would help decrease risk misdiagnosis mismanagement in future clinics. Additionally, written attract more attention etiological explorations, particularly concerning rare causes seizures, is consistent idea that League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) has emphasized new version ILAE position paper published 2017. It great importance keep mind fact constitute an atypical presentation establish early diagnosis accurate cure for these patients, especially presence paroxysmal hypertension or other suggestive symptoms PPGL.
