摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the presence fungi in two distinct types broiler houses. research compared air ventilation: conventional and positive tunnel ventilation. Two different techniques were applied simultaneously for borne microorganisms (mesophilic bacteria fungi) trapping: aspiration using collector SAS 100TM sedimentation method. High concentrations fungal spores detected ventilated poultry house. Species Aspergillus fumigatus , flavus, Penicillium  crysogenum Cladosporium cladosporioides, Scopulariopsis, prevailed both majority identified species are characterized as allergenic an exposure their may provoke adverse health effects.
