摘要: This chapter reviews the synthesis and reactions of heterocyclic compounds consisting a 6-5 fused system with three heteroatoms in six-membered ring one five-membered ring. A wide range this type have been reported between 1995 2007. The most prominent group are ribose derivatives which 3-hydroxy 4-hydroxymethyl groups tethered phosphorus, sulfur, or silicon. Coverage cyclic phosphate is restricted to structural studies. Various isomers thieno-thiadiazines studied due their psychotropic potassium channel activity. other containing requisite sizes also reviewed.
