摘要: Abstract Study Objective: To evaluate the relationship between shock index SI (ratio of heart rate to systolic arterial pressure) and cardiac function oxygen transport in an experimental model hemorrhage clinical septic shock. Methods Results: This study was conducted a hypovolemic circulatory failure model; 40% anesthetized pig normovolemic hyperdynamic patients intensive care unit (ICU). Hemodynamic variables were measured their relationships examined. inversely related blood loss, (CI), stroke volume (SV), mean pressure (MAP) left ventricular work (LVSW) ( r = −0.73, −0.75, −0.89 respectively P 2 ) mixed venous saturation (S v o −0.68 −0.74, respectively, increased initially with increasing fell when greater than 3.0. In following expansion, not correlated CI, SVI, MAP or systemic vascular resistance (SVR) −0.01, −0.47, −0.34 −0.14, P-value NS) but LVSWI −0.68, , S −0.02 −0.17 -value Conclusion: provides non-invasive means monitor deterioration recovery LVSW during acute its therapy. may be limited value assessment response therapy
