摘要: Since the elucidation of structures insulin-like growth factors I and II (IGF IGF II) by Humbel1,2, development specific radioimmunoassays for each Zapf Froesch3, a number clinical conditions have been identified that are associated with defects in either secretion or action these agents4,5. After 25 years investigating stature African pygmy, data now obtained indicating unique genetic variation GH-IGF axis subjects. These will be presented this article.
