摘要: The authors performed an anatomic study on 16 thighs of 11 fresh white cadavers at the Ludwig-Maximilian University Munchen, Germany. They analyzed pattern and caliber both lateral circumflex femoral arterial system perforators nourishing anterolateral thigh flap. found regularly a majority musculocutaneous perforators, mainly in central third thigh, arising from descending branch artery.
