摘要: A study of cricoid pressure was undertaken to relate the applied force with resulting intraluminal cricopharyngeal (or oesophageal) pressure. The results indicate that whilst there a wide range in normal adults 44 N judged be effective protecting majority adult patients from regurgitation.
