摘要: This work compared the quantification of soluble fibre in feeds using different chemical and vitro approaches, studied potential interference between mucin determinations. Six ingredients: sugar beet pulp (SBP), SBP pectins, insoluble SBP, wheat straw, sunflower hulls lignocellulose, seven rabbit diets, differing content, were evaluated. In experiment 1, ingredients diets analyzed for total dietary (TDF), (IDF), (SDF), aNDFom (corrected protein, aNDFom-cp) 2-step pepsin/pancreatin DM indigestibility ash ivDMi2). Soluble was estimated by difference three procedures: TDF?IDF (SDFIDF), TDF?ivDMi2 (SDFivDMi2), TDF?aNDFom-cp (SDFaNDFom-cp). determined directly (SDF) or as SDFivDMi2 not (109 g/kg DM, on average). However, when it calculated SDFaNDFom-cp value 40% higher (153 P menor que 0.05), whereas SDFIDF (124 DM) did differ from any other methods. The correlation four methods high (r ? 0.96; 0.001; n = 13), but decreased even disappeared pectins excluded a lower more narrow range variation used. 2, ivDMi2 crucibles (reference method) to those made individual collective ankom bags order simplify determination SDFivDMi2. bags. 3, intestinal determinations raw mucus, digesta lignocelluloses diet. An observed crude mucin, contents TDF apparent (994 709 mucus (571 739 DM). After pectinase treatment, coefficient recovery close zero, that modified. estimation carbohydrates retained is proposed correct digestibility. conclusion, values depend methodology contamination with avoided pectinase.
