摘要: Abstract Objectives: Patients presenting to the emergency room with an acute or subacute onset of focal neurological deficits are evaluated initially by non-contrast computed tomogram (CT) brain. This is primarily carried out differentiate ischemic from hemorrhagic stroke. However, other conditions may have a similar clinical presentation as well only hypodensities on CT scan, thus mimicking review focuses advanced neuroimaging modalities that help these cerebral infarction. Methods: The literature was reviewed in order ascertain what would clinically and mimic acute/subacute infarction, techniques be most useful differentiating conditions.
