摘要: Abstract After pancreas transplantation, signs of acute pancreatitis are found in the grafted tissue. Pancreatic juice secreted from this organ was analyzed by gel electrophoresis. Initially, pattern secretory proteins similar to that collected normal individuals, but high levels albumin were present. Within 2 days after reperfusion pancreas, molecular weights 17,000–20,000 increased remarkably. Separation two-dimensional electrophoresis showed largely due appearance new a protein, present neither immediately nor pancreatic juice. transfer onto nitrocellulose, additional protein detected antibodies directed against recently described rat "pancreatitis-associated protein." Maximal amounts approximately 7.5% total 5 transplantation. The concentration decreased further course still detectable 45 days. isoelectric point (7.1) and weight (17,500) those protein. It is concluded inflammation induced human secretes not Because its similarities pancreatitis-associated it designated
