摘要: A thin electrode embedded in an electrostrictive material under electric loading is investigated. In order to obtain asymptotic form of fields and elastic near the edge, we consider a modified boundary layer problem small scale saturation condition. The exact solution for obtained by using complex function theory. It found that shape displacement zone sensitive transverse displacement. perturbation stress induced incompatible strains value obtained. influence on microcrack initiation from edge also discussed.
