摘要: A sensitive, isomer-specific method is described for the simultaneous and quantitative analysis of 22 phenols (phenol, 18 chlorophenols, 3 chloroalkylphenols) in natural waters. The sample was acidified to pH less than or equal 2, extracted with dichloromethane, evaporated, dissolved acetone. phenol extract then reacted pentafluorobenzyl bromide (PFBBr) give PFB ether derivatives. After silica gel column cleanup, ethers were chromatographed on a 12 m OV-1 fused capillary attached an electron capture detector (ECD). detection limit 0.1 ppb 1 L samples. Recoveries from 2 water samples fortified at 10, 1, greater 80% most cases except which only 30 35% recovered. Coefficients variation between 10% all phenols. However, recovery when volume reduced 100 mL. Because ECD sensitivities similar, this suitable screening nonchlorinated monochlorinated as well other higher chlorophenols trace levels.
