摘要: Previous studies on obstacles in technology transfer between universities and companies emphasized the economic, legal, organizational aspects, mainly focused of patents licences. Since research collaboration implies a complex phenomenon linguistic cognitive coordination attuning among members group, deeper investigation about this dimension might give some interesting answer to academy-industry problem. The main hypothesis is that there can be different styles thinking, problem solving, reasoning decision making hamper academic industrial researchers. These are linked mostly determined by set values norms part background knowledge. Different knowledge also responsible bad understanding difficulty successful psychology group. general hypotheses will inferred paper represent programme empirical tests control effects scientific technological domains geographical contexts.
