摘要: Methods of fixing and processing tissue samples on a membrane by using ultrasound radiation as part the method are presented. Ultrasound frequency in range 0.1-50 MHz is used sample or receives 0.1-200 W/cm 2 intensity. The use allows much shorter times methods. Also presented apparati comprising transducers one multiple heads for producing further central unit optionally more sensors. Sensors can include those to measure monitor temperature. This monitoring system achieve accurate optimum fixation without overfixation damage. also performance antigen-antibody reactions nucleic acid hybridizations be completed very short time while being highly specific with low no background.
