摘要: The concept of total factor productivity (TFP) and its measurement have been interest to researchers for more than half a century, are intensively discussed topics in debate on economic growth1. This chapter discusses the different problems related methodologies estimating TFP at establishment (sector firm) levels. These include simultaneity selection bias, deflated input output values, endogeneity product choice. It then describes existing techniques overcoming these methodological - specifically, it is shown that addressed sector level by computing using semi parametric technique level.
