摘要: Partial antibiotic decontamination and reverse isolation were carried out in nine patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation. The aim of this approach was to eradicate the patient9s endogenous potentially pathogenic bacteria while preserving anaerobic flora gut, which help prevent recolonisation. No exogenous infections developed, only one patient developed an infection associated with Colonisation resistance seemed normal during partial decontamination. This form deserves further study immunodepression.
