摘要: We report, herein, novel processes of nanofabrication techniques for few molecules detection by generating surface plasmons, thus giving a giant electric field in controllable and reproducible manner. Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) measurements are performed different proteins, namely, lysozyme, ribonuclease-B, bovin serum albumin, ferritin, myoglobin the temperature range between –65°C 90°C, using “Device1”, which is fabricated means e-beam electro-plating technique. The calculation shows possible concentration down to attomole. in-depth analysis even small conformational changes 2D correlation difference order gain straightforward understanding proteins undergoing thermodynamical perturbation. “Device2” metal electroless investigate Rhodamine 6G (R6G) concentrations. Modifying this device bimetal (Ag Au) deposition permits us further enhancement signal better durability.
