摘要: Not only hairdressers, but also their clients or home-users of hair cosmetic products may become sensitized to one the product constituents. The present analysis addresses question whether pattern sensitization is different in these 2 groups and includes female patients who consulted with participating centres IVDK (http://www.ivdk.org) between 1995 2002, whom cosmetics have been considered as being causative contact dermatitis. Among these, subgroups were identified: (i) patients, currently previously working diagnosed occupational skin disease (H, n = 884) (ii) never worked i.e. (C, 1217). Previous atopic eczema was twice common among H, much younger (median age 24 versus 46 C). Analysis frequencies patterns showed well-known decline allergy glyceryl monothioglycolate (GMTG) H from 31.2% 8.5%. C, 1.7% allergic GMTG. Concerning p-phenylenediamine, a steady 27.6% 17.2% observed while no trend found C (12.6% 16.6% first last 2-year period, respectively). Conversely, very slight p-toluenediamine (from 29.5% 24.8%), at same time significant increase noted 8.7% 16.7%). A slighter ammonium persulfate (3.1-6.8%), proportion remained largely constant about 26%.
