摘要: Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been a routine treatment of tumors and some microvascular diseases, but clinically available photosensitizers are still scarce. Among all kinds photosensitizers, hypocrellins possess the most characteristics ideal such as, high photo-activity low dark toxicity, fast clearance from tissues. This review is focused on two main topics, drug-delivery problem how environment-sensitive fluorescence was used for recognition various biomolecules. Drug-delivery mainly achieved in strategies — preparing vehicles finding quantitatively amphiphilic derivatives. Hypocrellin originated intramolecular proton transfer very distinct other photosensitizers. Recently, it proved that quantitative hypocrellin could not only recognize biomolecules, including proteins, polysaccharides lipids, also distinguish specific binding nonspecific with kind Meantime, pH-sensitive. It known tumor cells or tissues have features large amount lipid, neonatal collagen, over-expression polysaccharides, lower pH values compared to normal According relative absolute specificity, further studies biomolecules at cellular level, may find new clue treat by joint usage photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) PDT.
