摘要: Benign epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes (BECTS) is a common disorder in childhood. After brief overview of BECTS, review the data favor treatment anticonvulsant medications followed by indicating that not indicated. Some children appear to have cognitive consequences from BECTS. The parents and BECTS require full discussion pros cons treatment, but based on available at this time, it concluded generally indicated for most patients. Future research may lead changes recommendations.
