摘要: TreeGenes and tree fruit Genome Database Resources serve the international forestry genomics research communities, respectively. These databases hold similar sequence data provide resources for submission recovery of this information in order to enable comparative research. Large-scale genotype phenotype projects have recently spawned development independent tools interfaces within these repositories deliver both geneticists breeders. The increase next generation sequencing has increased amount as well scale analysis that can be performed. two are now working towards a goal archiving diverse, sets generated from genotype/phenotype experiments. This is achieved through focused on input standards (templates), pipelines storage automated curation, consistent annotation efforts application widely accepted ontologies improve extraction exchange analysis. Efforts standardization not limited experiments but also being applied other types gene prediction de novo projects. developed goals represent first large-scale coordinated effort plant add informatics value diverse
