摘要: Investigation of the aggregation behavior biohybrid microgels, which can potentially be used as drug carriers, is an important topic, because not only causes loss activity, but also toxicity and immunogenicity. To study this effect we synthesized microgels from elastin-like recombinamers (ELRs) using miniemulsion technique. The existence for such at different concentrations temperatures was studied by methods include dynamic light scattering (DLS), (1)H high-resolution magic angle sample spinning (HRMAS) NMR spectroscopy, relaxometry diffusometry. A hysteresis detected in process DLS a function temperature that strongly depends on ELR microgel concentration. further quantitatively analyzed concentration dependence amino-acid residue chemical shifts diffusivity measured population balance kinetic model.
