摘要: A main objective in conservation programs is to maintain genetic variability. This can be achieved using the Optimal Contributions (OC) method that optimizes contributions of candidates next generation by minimizing global coancestry. However, it has been argued maintaining allele frequencies also important. Different genomic coancestry matrices used on OC and choice matrix will have an impact not only variability maintained, but change frequencies. The this study was evaluate, through stochastic simulations, maintained trajectory when two different minimize loss diversity: (i) based deviations observed number alleles shared between individuals from expected numbers under Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (θLH); (ii) VanRaden's relationship (θVR). results indicate use θLH resulted a higher than θVR. θVR closer those base population θLH.
