摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to test a predictive model for organizational factors on the extent which organizations involved in non‐governmental (NGO) or bilateral partnerships conduct campaign planning research.Design/methodology/approach In‐depth interviews with 120 heads running AIDS campaigns Uganda were conducted. interviewers queried participants regarding characteristics their organization and they conducted research during last campaign. information was assigned quantitative categories, so that could be tested using path modeling software.Findings results analysis indicated fits data well.
