摘要: Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) was first reported in Wuhan, China, December 2019, and has since become a global pandemic. Singapore one of the countries outside China to be affected its case January 2020. Strategies that were deployed successfully during 2003 outbreak severe acute respiratory syndrome have had evolve contain this novel coronavirus. Like rest health care services Singapore, practice ophthalmology also adapt rapidly changing crisis. This article discusses measures put place by 3 largest centers Singapore's public sector response COVID-19, challenges providing eye face stringent infection control directives, staff redeployments "social distancing." The recently imposed "circuit breaker," effectively partial lockdown country, further limited our work only most essential services. Our are increasingly part frontline efforts screening patients with COVID-19.
