摘要: The effect of homogenization on the hardness, tensile properties, electrical conductivity and microstructure as-cast Al-6Mg-0.4Mn-0.25Sc-0.12Zr alloy was studied. results show that during studied has obviously hardening is similar to aging behavior in traditional Al alloys. precipitates are mainly Al3(Sc,Zr) Al6Mn. When temperature increases hardness peak value declined time corresponding shortened. monotonously with increasing time. decomposition supersaturated solid solution containing Sc Zr which formed direct chilling casting precipitation Al3(Sc, Zr) cause increasing. depletion matrix solubility decreases ability electron scattering alloy, resulting increased. Tensile property result at hot rolling state shows optimal treatment processing holding 300–350 °C for 6–8 h.
