摘要: mRNA synthesis in eukaryotic organisms is a key biological process that regulated at multiple levels. From the covalent modifications of chromatin by number remodeling complexes during initiation and activation steps transcription to processing transcripts, very large consortium proteins multiprotein critical for gene expression RNA polymerase II. The list essential successful continues grow rapid pace. Recent advances this area research have been focused on through chromatin. In article, we will review recent literature linking biochemical transcriptional elongation II histone methylation COMPASS, Dot1p, Set2 methyltransferases.
