摘要: Experimental binary isotropic and anisotropic Stokes spectra of the collision-induced light scattered by gaseous sulfur hexafluoride are measured at frequency region ν1 vibrational Raman line. They compared to theoretical intensities due dipole–multipole interactions. Taking into account results a previous study on interaction-induced in Rayleigh wings hexafluoride, an experimental value derivative dipole–octopole polarizability associated with mode is provided result recent ab initio calculation.
