摘要: Resin composites are still in need of improved abrasion resistance for them to be ideal restorative materials use large occlusal cavities. The present study proposes a concept additional cross-linking dental monomers, by which mechanical properties and possibly the resin increased. Cyclic acid anhydrides were added as agents different monomer mixtures, then loaded with filler. mixtures varied respect type ratio anhydride. For measurement diametral tensile strength, flexural modulus elasticity, resilience, specimens initially cured light post-cured one h at 150 degrees C. based on UEDMA HEMA found superior BISGMA- TEGDMA-based composites. Increases highest when unsaturated used. An optimal effect anhydride addition was also containing methacrylamide. Such resulted 20% increase investigated.
