摘要: ABSTRACT During the last decade, evidence has accumulated in support of view that addition to classical postsynaptic adrenoceptors there are also presynaptic which involved modulation release noradrenaline during nerve stimulation. Presynaptic inhibitory α 2 -adrenoceptors a negative feed-back mechanism regulates noradrenaline. Adrenaline inhibits stimulation-evoked peripheral and central nervous system through stimulation -adrenoceptors. Some noradrenergic endings periphery have been shown possess facilitatory β-adrenoceptors. Physiologically these β-adrenoceptors appear be activated by circulating adrenaline. The relevance transmitter subclassification α-adrenoceptors 1 subtypes is analysed relation action several antihypertensive drugs: clonidine, alpha-methyldopa, prazosin β-adrenoceptor blocking agents.
