摘要: Altered cellular regeneration is the prominent feature that distinguishes cancer from normal tissue. Therefore it of paramount importance to understand cell and its regulation in colonic mucosa during carcinogenesis carcinomas if we want design evaluate new therapeutic measures. Cell proliferation measurement has been domaine histology. However, recent years have seen increasing attempts link molecular biology cycle events proliferation, which will be dealt with elsewhere.
