摘要: Abstract An improved cyclic AMP assay using a purified and activated binding protein from bovine skeletal muscle is described. Activation of the by serum albumin was investigated shown to increase assocation constant 0.4 · 10 9 M −1 1.0 . The fully not affected presence large amounts in biological samples such as plasma. Using with optimised conditions it has been demonstrated that remarkable freedom non-specific interference materials normally found crude extracts. This interference, coupled simple method preparing plasma, permits hitherto unreported rapid direct plasma without need for extraction procedures or use AMP-free controls, thus making more reliable suitable clinical laboratory. Development an markedly insensitive increases number potential applications assay.
