摘要: The dielectric behavior of living tissues and a number biological materials was examined by new equipment the time domain reflectometry method in wide frequency range 10/sup 7/-10/sup 10/ Hz. authors found two peaks Debye absorption around 100 MHz 20 GHz for all materials. low-frequency is probably due to bound water while high-frequency free water. From observed relaxation times hypothesis ventured on structure its mechanism.
