摘要: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) sets a high bar for consent the processing of personal data. In UK, researchers have been directed to rely on legal bases other than data research purposes. Informed nonetheless, and despite certain shortcomings, holds central position in ethical practice, as well at common law, range legislation dealing with involving humans. This paper evaluates place informed following GDPR's implementation, arguing that fresh approach – specifically concept known 'dynamic consent' could provide way meet new European regulatory requirements whilst adhering highest standards conduct. It analysis dynamic according specific GDPR reflects practical examples inform future implementation approach, while remaining aware need further empirical research.
