摘要: CD45 is a leukocyte specific transmembrane glycoprotein and receptor-like protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP). can be expressed as several alternatively spliced isoforms that differ in the extracellular domain. The are regulated cell type activation state-dependent manner, yet their function has remained elusive. Src family kinase members Lck Lyn key substrates for T B lymphocytes, respectively. lowers threshold of antigen receptor signalling, which impacts development. also regulates triggered Fc signalling mast cells Toll-like (TLR) dendritic cells, thus broadening role to other recognition receptors involved adaptive innate immunity. In addition, affect immune adhesion migration modulate cytokine production signalling. Here we review what known about substrate specificity regulation summarise its effect on pathways, from established emerging regulating production.
