摘要: Several studies have analyzed the situation of forestry sector in Ecuador, with different focus. For instance, Owen and Thiel (2006) assess influence policies on economic dynamics sector. Ibarra et al. (2008) explore implications legislation small-scale forest management by smallholders. Anazco (2010) adopt a more comprehensive perspective to consider current problems faced indicate challenges advance towards sustainable management. Unlike these, analysis here is centered timber harvesting Amazon undertaken smallholders, colonists indigenous people, their relations domestic market. The most relevant related issues were focused describing internal uses trade flows (Wunder, 1996), as well value chains national (Ministerio del Ambiente 2011).
