摘要: A complex Sol-Gel process has been used for synthesis of silica glasses designed to contain high-level nuclear wastes. Cs, Sr, Co, and Nd (generically denoted Me) were used, the last as surrogate actinides. Gels in form powders sintered compacts prepared by hydrolysis polycondensation tetraethoxide/Me nitrate solutions, which contained ascorbic acid a catalyst. Thermal treatment studies conducted on resulting gels. Transformation final products was studied thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction.
