摘要: The major objective of the paper was to identify most effective extension information teaching methods used in disseminating organic agricultural practices as mitigating strategy climate change Kogi State. A multi – stage random sampling technique employed selecting 270 respondents from three senatorial districts state. Descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) data analysis. Results show that increase atmospheric heat (x? = 4.74), increased Weed growth 4.62), reduction Soil fertility 4.59), decreased yield crops 4.52), Pests Diseases =4.39), health related issues 4.32), decrease availability portable water 4.14) are common significant effects study area. also identified group meetings (77.8%), informal personal contacts (72.9%), farm home visits (70%), training (67%), result demonstration (63.7%), field trips (60.4%), radio programmes (55.2%) exhibitions (52.6%) dissemination by agents state agriculture. concluded disparity between level awareness adoption recommended practice area is a non frequent contact farmers.
