摘要: Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) (JA) has been the diagnostic label applied to any child whose is of unknown origin, begins under age 16, and persists for a minimum 6 weeks.1,2 Arthritis defined as swelling or both pain limitation motion in at least one joint. “Unknown origin” means that physician considered excluded all other diseases, common unusual, may cause be associated with (Table 3.1). These “classification” criteria, adopted by panel experts (the JRA Criteria Subcommittee American Rheumatism Association—ARA, now College Rheumatology—ACR), were extraordinarily successful helping physicians distinguish arthritic disorders from childhood.
